The newest available cutting machinery
We have installed Messer machines into our halls. The most important three of them are the e state of the art plasma cutters, resulted from the latest development in the plasma cutting technology and last but not least the brand new 3d flame cutters.
The technology of the smaller plasma cutters gives us the accuracy of 1 mm when cutting contours into the components. These machines can cut different metals such as steel (carbon l, stainless and alloyed steels) alumina and copper.
The big plasma cutter with the rotating head can cut between 10-40 mm thicknesses.
The system has fine focus technology and equipped with plasma cutters suitable for 3d cutting and with straight head as well which give us the possibility to cut the different metals up to 100 mm thickness.
The newly purchased flame cutters are suitable for executing 3d cutting jobs.
