Cutting, shotblasting, straightening
With our equipments we can produce the components for you in one working phase, fast, accurately and cost effectively.
Flame cutting equipments
We do have altogether 6 flame cutting machines. Four of them we bought not so long ago from Messer. The thickness range is 10-300 mm.
Two of them have 3d rotation heads which are capable for making welding bevels in different positions up to 100 mm thickness.
Table width and length: 5000x28000 mm.
Plasma cutting equipment
We have three of them. All of them are newly acquired from Messer:
Hypertherm 260 and Kejllberg FF800 electric power generators.
With the cutter equipped with the 3d rotating head we cut differently positioned welding bevels up to 10-300 thickness.
Table width and length: 5000x28000 mm.
Shot blasting equipment
We have big enough equipment with roller bed for cleaning the big sized plates and components.
The size of the roller bed is: 3300x12000 mm.
A smaller one for with round table for cleaning the smaller sized components. The diameter of the round table is: 1500 mm.
Straightening press
Press type straightening equipment: with a big sized table of 2500x6000 mm and 600t pressing head. straightening upto 200 mm thickness.
